Preview of Basal Wordpress Theme



Basal is a simple and clean 2-column Wordpress theme, I have created.

It is an image free design with a minimal structure and layout for your blog’s content.

I am releasing this theme under the GPL license, you can if you wish make any alterations to it for your blogging needs.

Basal has a new update, 1.0.6 primarily fixes issues with the CSS like the navigation and widget titles, thanks to all those who have downloaded Basal so far.

    I was just wondering about this theme (which I love by the way), is it possible to put a picture in the header? I’m really new to this, but so far I found this theme to be very easy to use, except for that one thing.

    Using CSS background property of the div #wrapper in Basal’s stylesheet will allow this, by default the header on Basal is 960 x 142 pixels with no image but theoretically with a bit of tweaking any size image can be used for your blog header.
